"I've had four plumbers through this house in the twenty years we've owned it, and Wes is the first one who actually explained what he was doing while he was doing it. We had him repipe the supply lines — galvanized from 1924, predictably terrible — and he took the time to show us where every new line ran and why. The patches his drywall guy did are invisible. We expected a mess. We got craftsmanship."

"Moved here from Brooklyn last year and was bracing for the small-town plumber experience — slow, unreliable, take it or leave it. Cedar & Pipe was the opposite. Scheduled within two days, showed up on time, gave me a written quote before touching anything, and the tankless install was as clean as anything I'd have gotten from a top crew in the city. Charged less, too."

"Got a quote from another company that wanted to replace our entire sewer line for almost twelve thousand dollars. Called Cedar & Pipe for a second opinion. They ran the camera, showed me the video, and pointed out that the line itself was fine — we just needed to hydro jet it. Cost us six hundred. They could have taken the bigger job and I'd have never known. They earned a customer for life that day."

"Our 1960s ranch had a slab leak we'd been chasing for a month. Three different companies came out and shrugged. Cedar & Pipe brought in a leak detection rig, found the spot in about forty minutes, and had it cut out and repiped through the attic by the end of the next day. No more wet carpet. Real specialists."

"We hired Cedar & Pipe for the rough-in on our master bath remodel. Our contractor recommended them and I see why. They blocked for grab bars I hadn't even thought to ask about, made sure the shower drain was exactly where the tile setter wanted it, and the inspector signed off on the first walkthrough. The tile guy specifically asked us who did the plumbing because the rough-in was so clean."

"Well pump failed on a Saturday night in February. Called the emergency line not really expecting much. Wes himself called back within fifteen minutes, talked me through getting the pressure tank drained safely, and was at the house with a new pump by 9am Sunday. Charged a fair after-hours fee, not the highway robbery I expected."

"I'm an older homeowner and I've been quietly taken advantage of by tradesmen more times than I want to count. Cedar & Pipe did the opposite. They told me my water heater had three or four years left in it and didn't need replacing yet, fixed the leaking valve for $180, and were out the door. Honest people are rare. These are honest people."

"Used them for a full kitchen remodel rough-in and trim. They worked seamlessly with my GC, showed up on the days they said, and were the only sub on the job who left the site cleaner than they found it every single day. The pot filler install is genuinely beautiful — and I never thought I'd say that about plumbing."

"Got three quotes for replacing our 22-year-old water heater. Cedar & Pipe wasn't the cheapest. They were the only one who looked at our gas line sizing and explained why a tankless wouldn't actually save us money in our specific situation. We went with a hybrid heat-pump unit on their recommendation and our bill dropped 40 percent in the first month. Worth every dollar to work with someone who actually thinks."

"Cedar & Pipe replaced our pressure tank and constant-pressure system after the old setup started short-cycling. Wes diagnosed in about fifteen minutes what the previous company had been guessing at for two visits. The Grundfos system they installed is dead quiet and water pressure is finally what it should be. Genuinely impressive work."

"Had them in for what I thought was a small leak under the kitchen sink. Turned out the supply lines were original to the 1970s build and the whole house needed work. They could have hit me with a hard sell. Instead they fixed the immediate leak that day, gave me a written plan for prioritizing the repipe over the next year, and even told me which sections could wait. Customer for life."

"Excellent work, slightly slower scheduling than I'd hoped — they were two weeks out when I called. But they were upfront about it and the work itself, when it happened, was first-rate. The new Navien tankless they installed has been flawless for six months now."

"We bought a 1985 house with polybutylene supply lines and were quoted everywhere from $9,000 to $28,000 for a repipe. Cedar & Pipe came in mid-range, but more importantly they actually walked the house with me, explained the PEX-A approach, and showed me exactly where the access cuts would be. Four days of work, four months of perfect water pressure since."

"Had them out for a sewer scope before buying a house. They found a root intrusion the seller didn't know about and gave me a written report I used to renegotiate the price by $7,500. Two-hundred-fifty dollar inspection saved me five figures. Worth every cent."

"Restored the original 1920s clawfoot tub in our master bath — sourced period-correct fittings, plumbed it properly, and made it actually work as a daily-use fixture. Most plumbers would have told me to replace it. Cedar & Pipe figured it out. The tub is the heart of the room now."

"Our water softener had been a constant annoyance for years — wrong size, wrong regen schedule, just bad. Cedar & Pipe pulled a current water test, recommended a properly sized Kinetico unit, and installed it in an afternoon. The water in our house is genuinely different. Coffee tastes better. I know that sounds dumb but it's true."

"Hannah in the office is half the reason we keep coming back. She remembers our house, our previous calls, what we'd talked about doing next. The plumbing work is excellent — but it's the whole experience of working with this company that keeps us loyal."

"Frozen pipes during the Christmas cold snap. Cedar & Pipe answered on the second ring at 11pm, walked me through emergency shutoff over the phone, and was at the house at 7am the next morning. Two cracked supply lines repaired and re-insulated. Fair price for emergency work. Saved a much bigger insurance claim."

"I'm at the edge of their service area and they were upfront that travel time would be on the bill. I appreciated the honesty more than I would have appreciated a hidden fee. Work was excellent. New fixtures throughout the master bath and a small leak repair in the kitchen. Will use again."

"Tried two cheaper plumbers first. Both quoted me less, both did work that didn't last. Cedar & Pipe costs more — and now I understand why. The repipe they did three years ago has been perfect. The drain cleaning they did last year is still flowing. You pay for craft once, or you pay for cheap work over and over."
